A Space for Dialogue and Holistic Well-being
One of the highlights of this campaign was the first "Fertile Conversation," held on February 27th in Guadalajara. During this event, we explored health from a holistic perspective, covering:
- Nutrition
- Hormonal balance
- Emotional well-being
Fertility isn’t just biological—it’s deeply connected to a woman’s overall well-being. The event was a space full of learning and sisterhood!
On March 1st, Mexico City hosted the first "Egg Freezing Party" of 2025. This event provided clear and accessible information about fertility preservation. Attendees enjoyed:
- A barre session guided by Edsa Ramírez, holistic nutrition coach and founder of Edsa Wellness, who shared her personal egg-freezing experience with Fertilidad Integral.
- A Q&A session with Dr. Mayella Fernández del Campo, a reproductive biology specialist, who answered questions about fertility, ovarian reserve, side effects, and myths.
The event also featured well-known personalities like Sara Corrales, Claudia Torre, Vanessa Restrepo, Lore Borja, Dulce Magia, and Mavi Navarro. They shared their experiences and highlighted the importance of open dialogue about women’s reproductive health. It was inspiring to hear their stories and feel their support!

The Fertilidad Integral team, along with allies and women committed to sharing information, participated in the 8M March as part of the Clínica Fi contingent. This action reaffirms our commitment to equity and women’s rights to access reliable reproductive health information. It was a day full of energy and unity!
